By booking a consultation, accessing our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Baza Consulting provides professional guidance, administrative support, and strategic advice for relocation, company registration, and legal compliance in Hungary.

• Consultancy vs. Legal Advice: Baza Consulting acts as a consultant and advisor. We provide guidance and administrative facilitation. We do not provide formal legal counsel or act as an attorney. For complex legal matters, we will refer you to authorized legal partners.

• Consultation Fee: A fee of €100 applies to all initial consultations. Payment must be cleared prior to the session.

• Service Packages: Specific project fees (e.g., residence permits, company formation) will be outlined in a separate written agreement or invoice.

• Refunds: All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis for time already spent.

• Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents provided. Baza Consulting is not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the client.

• Compliance: Clients must adhere to all local Hungarian laws while working with us.

• No Guarantee of Outcome: While we strive for the highest success rate, Baza Consulting cannot guarantee the outcome of government applications (e.g., residence permit approvals), as these are at the sole discretion of the relevant Hungarian authorities.

• Liability Limit: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.

Baza Consulting adheres to strict confidentiality. All information shared by the client will be used solely for the purpose of the engagement and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the service (e.g., submitting applications to government offices).

All content, documents, templates, and materials provided by Baza Consulting are the intellectual property of Baza Consulting and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying all outstanding fees for services completed up to the date of termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
