Client Relationship Manager

BAZA Consulting Kft. is a company that helps clients with legal, financial, and insurance matters by providing reliable service and an individual approach. We are looking for an active and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team and help maintain a high level of service and quality client support. ​ Your Responsibilities: - Consulting clients on products and selecting suitable solutions; - Carefully completing and checking documents, verifying data, and double-checking information during work processes; - Preparing offers, handling documentation, and working with CRM systems; - Managing incoming inquiries and supporting clients at every stage; - Building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients; - Working with partners; - Using Apple devices and the company’s digital tools. What We Offer: - Work in a modern office at BEM Center in Budapest with all necessary amenities; - Convenient working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; - Paid first month of training. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus sales commissions — the more effort and initiative you put in, the higher your income. Our Expectations: - Age between 20 and 40 years old; - Fluent Hungarian and Russian language skills are required; English is an advantage; - Ability to build professional and client-oriented communication; - Experience in sales, customer service, or documentation handling is an advantage, but not required — we provide full training; - Strong attention to detail: ability to work carefully with documents, verify data, and double-check information to avoid mistakes; - Confident computer and smartphone skills (especially Apple devices); - Responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to work in a team.
