COMPANY REGISTRATION IN HUNGARY
A description of the standard process for registering a company in Hungary (Kft.) is provided.
In some cases, the procedure may have some differences.
CONSULTATION
Here the technical aspects of the future company are discussed. The most important stage , as it is necessary to correctly choose the appropriate taxation option for your business in order to minimize expenses , including taxes, and to organize work as efficiently as possible in the future.
PRELIMINARY PREPARATION FOR REGISTRATION
We will provide full preparation so that the process of opening a company is as simple as possible and allows you to start your business quickly. This includes, for example, obtaining a personal Hungarian tax number for the future owner of the company (if you do not have one yet), as well as registering an online account.
PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS
Our lawyer will carefully prepare all the necessary documents for signing. All you have to do is sign them and hand them back to the lawyer. The document preparation process takes up to 3 business days from the moment of receiving all the necessary information.
SIGNING DOCUMENTS
Signing of documents previously prepared by our lawyer can be done in two ways: either during a personal visit to our office or during a video call on Skype.
FILE IN REGISTRATION COURT AND WAITING FOR A RESPONSE
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND FINISHING TOUCHES
After successful registration of the company, we will transfer all necessary documents in electronic and paper form together with corporate seals. Accounting will also be organized, adapted to the needs and specifics of the new company.
Once signed, the documents will be submitted by a lawyer to the registration court the same day. The court's response may take anywhere from two days to two weeks.
