MediHelp is particularly popular among older people, as well as those who take care of their health and want reliable medical coverage.

The policy covers diagnostics, treatment, hospitalisation and surgery, depending on the selected insurance package.

Who Is MediHelp Suitable For?

The policy is available for adults and children aged 1 to 69. Children can only be insured together with at least one parent.

Insurance Packages

You can choose from five packages depending on the geographical coverage and the level of insurance coverage you need:

Royal The highest level of worldwide insurance coverage

Additional options, such as dental treatment, pregnancy care and other benefits, can also be included in the policy if needed.

How to Use the Policy

There are two ways to receive medical care:

• Paying for treatment yourself

You pay for the treatment at the clinic yourself and then submit the necessary documents to the insurance company for reimbursement.

• Guarantee of payment

Before treatment, the insurance company arranges payment directly with the healthcare provider, so you do not need to pay the medical costs yourself. Please note that arranging a guarantee of payment usually takes up to three business days.

Cost and Duration

The cost of MediHelp is calculated individually and depends primarily on the insured person’s age, the selected package and any additional options. Discounts are available for family policies.

The policy is taken out for one year, with the option to renew it annually, and becomes effective immediately after payment.
