CONSULTATION AND CHOICE OF THE OPTIMAL TYPE OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE
We will conduct a consultation during which we will discuss your situation and offer the most suitable option for legalization in Hungary. If there are several possible solutions, we will consider all their pros and cons in detail.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT THE EMBASSY
(IF NECESSARY)
In some cases, the application for a residence permit is submitted through the embassy. Given the long waiting times for an appointment, we book a date in advance to calmly prepare all the necessary documents.
PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS
This stage is key, as the quality of the preparation of documents largely determines whether you will be approved for a residence permit. We carefully select and prepare all the necessary documents to maximize the chances of a positive result.
FINAL CHECK OF DOCUMENTS
After the complete package of documents is prepared, they are sent for review to a lawyer who did not participate in their preparation. This allows not only to ensure that all documents are correct and free of errors, but also to get a fresh look at the situation, which is especially important in complex or ambiguous cases.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
After verification and approval, documents are submitted either through the website of the migration office in Hungary or through the Hungarian embassy in another country.
WAITING FOR A RESPONSE
The review process can take from 1 to 4 months, depending on the type of residence permit, the place of application and the workload of the migration services.
OBTAINING A RESIDENCE PERMIT CARD
After approval of the residence permit, we will give you the card itself and all documents used in the process for archiving.
